Commissioning Process
- Instructions accepted exclusively by court or judicial authority order (no private reports)
- Transmission of the complete case file to the practice address or the electronic justice mailbox
- Written confirmation of the instruction including the question posed and factual background
Capacity & Availability
The practice continuously accepts new instructions where quality assessment can be guaranteed. Current availability is communicated on request. Urgent instructions can be considered by prior arrangement.
Turnaround Time
Following receipt of complete case files and the exploration phase, assessments are typically completed within five to six months. Complex multi-party constellations may require additional time. Interim written statements are available on request.
Fees under JVEG
All fees are charged exclusively according to the German Act on Remuneration and Compensation in Legal Matters (JVEG). No alternative fee arrangements are made. Hourly rates and expenses are applied in accordance with statutory provisions.
