Quality Standards

Ensuring the scientific quality of our work.

The quality of a psychological assessment is crucial for judicial decision-making. We therefore commit ourselves to professional and ethical guidelines.

Assessments are prepared exclusively by psychologists who have completed their university studies with a diploma or master's degree in psychology. Psychologists at the beginning of their forensic-psychological work are individually supervised during the preparation of their first assessment assignments.

Guidelines

All experts in our practice adhere to the joint guidelines of the German Psychological Society (DGPs) and the Association of German Psychologists (BDP) for the preparation of legal-psychological reports.

Minimum Requirements

The content and formal structure of our reports comply with the Minimum Requirements for the Quality of Expert Reports in Child and Family Law (3rd edition) of the Working Group on Family Law Reports (2025), as well as the Minimum Requirements for Prognostic Reports by Boetticher et al. (2019) and the Recommendations for Prognostic Reports by Kröber et al. (2019).

Continuous Quality Assurance

  • Regular participation in specialist training and further education
  • Case-related, structured intervision within the team
  • Adherence to current test standards in the selection of diagnostic tools
  • Regular supervision by external, recognized specialist psychologists
